Restoration Notes and Thanks5/7/2016 It has been a long time since my last post; we went all-out working 90+ hours per week to finish the Depot restoration. Below is a couple of photos showing the completed restoration. What remains to be finished is the Rail Road Museum that is housed in the old freight section of the Depot.
We could have never gotten to this point without the help of our extended family; we want to thank each and everyone of you that gave of your time, your skills, cooking us meals, your encouragement and for being prayer warriors on our behalf. Thank you so much in no particular order to Dave and Debbie Williams, Tom and Julie Riha, Bob and Tracy Smith, Robert Smith, Beverly Smith, Josh Williams, Allyson Lockhart, Chelsea Augustine, Brendon Riha, Hayley Smith, and Rex Smith. It was such an honor to work with all of you and to witness such unselfishness in action. Thank you will never be enough, but it comes from the bottom of our hearts. I would be remiss if I did not thank my two children; Cameron and Linden for working so many hours to make this dream happen. You have both been an inspiration to me. You are both truly amazing and this business is a true reflection of you both. Special thanks to my Kimberly, you juggled the books, kept the Bed and Breakfast going with a whole lot less help while the kids and I worked so many long hours, and still kept on smiling. May God Bless this Business and may God Bless all of you and all of our dear customers. Thanks, Craig Smith |
